In the beautiful colonial city of San Luis Potosí lies the Hotel Museo Palacio de San Agustín, the first Hotel Museum in Latin America, whose mission is to satisfy the growing international demand for hotels of an intimate size with stunning style and unique characteristics. Palacio de San Agustín is located in a historic 17th century mansion that was rescued and restored; it originally belonged to the Order of St. Augustine, who used it to accommodate guests. Keeping in mind the rich history of this building, a group of Potosino businessmen took on the extensive task of restoring the luxurious mansion that today offers guests the elegance and magic of the past.
The hotel is right at the heart of the historic district of the city of San Luis Potosí, in the corner of Galeana and 5 de Mayo. The Hotel Museo Palacio de San Agustín is unique in Latin America for the beauty of its neoclassic architecture and antique furniture.
